The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies and we try to finalize in 1 Business Day. For out of stock items please look at FAQ

Same day shipping
Customers need to place their order by 4:30 pm EST USA to which their package is being shipped on the same day.
Shipment Tracking
Our products send with a tracking code. You can keep track of the shipping process thru carrier web site. Tracking code was sent to you by e-mail after your order is shipped to you. Rescheduling of the delivery because of any kind of "can't delivered situations" is under customer's responsibility.
Please note that seller can’t be held responsible, in the rare case, if the sent package is lost, damaged or stolen during transit. Please request and pay additional courier insurance if you want more secure transportation of the products.
Customs and import taxes
For international deliveries Buyers are responsible for any duties, fees, customs and import taxes that may apply to shipping in your country. Liv and Nicolas is not responsible for delays due to customs. Customer needs to check their customs office for tracking their package and about these costs beforehand.
